In brief: Change lifestyle
If you have high cholesterol/sugar, you need to improve lifestyle.
These are precursors to heart disease, diabetes & increase in cancer. Eat a plant based diet, lean proteins, seeds/nuts, and whole grains (2servings). Drink water, decrease alcohol and caffeine. Exercise 150min/week, use supplements (fish oil, plant sterols, coq 10 and vitamin b) to help with cholesterol & energy;.

In brief: Preventive medicine
Sounds like you have diabetes or at least Insulin resistance, and that you need treatment of the cholesterol.
The GGT is a liver enzyme which could be high for a number of reasons. Are you overweight? Dr.'s should be glad to find patients like you because we can do a lot of good by dealing with those risk factors. Better to treat now than after a heart attack or stroke. Prevention! make changes!
