I have mild acid reflux and have been unable to find relieve. Any ideas for over-the-counter meds to treat it?

Lifestyle changes: avoid alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and food items that may worsen symptoms (ie acidic foods, spicy foods, etc ).
Remain upraight for at least 1 hour after eating. Lose weight if obese. Consider Tums (calcium carbonate) or other otc antacids. Zantac (ranitidine) and Prilosec (omeprazole) are also available otc. If you continue to have symptoms, you should see your physician.
