In brief: Percent pregnancy

Your chances would be reduced by about 50% to around 10-12% per month.

In brief: Tubal disease

The biggest concern you face is damage to your tubes.
It is difficult to give you an absolute number as far as your chance of conception go, but i can say your chance of another ectopic if you concieve is about 12.5%. Ivf would be an alternative which would bypass your tubes.
