Swollen lymph nodes in both armpits. One red and one not. What does it mean if the red one is more sensitive?
Probable infection. Tender, swollen red lymph nodes usually indicate an infection. Under the arm may be due to an infected hair follicle. See a doctor to determine if antibiotics might be required.

Get exam now. May not just be nodes. If fixed/stuck & painless, then suspicious for mass requiring biopsy. If masses are mobile - if you can roll them around under your skin & are tender, that's relatively reassuring: they're reactive (to infection) and unlikely to be cancer. Get exam now.
