In brief: Ligaments?

Congenital laxity simply means that you are born with looser ligaments than most.
Many people can live with this and have no problems. However, if you are severely "loose" and would like to try and counter this my recomendation would be to stregthen the musculature around the problematic area. Muscles and ligaments work together in the body to keep things "tight". Hope this helps...
