Hello, I am roughly 6 weeks pregnant but have no symptoms apart from tiredness. This makes me feel like I am not pregnant, is this normal?

In brief: Yes, can be normal.

It is not unusual to feel perfectly normal in early (first trimester, first 3 months) pregnancy, though most women have some symptoms (nausea, etc).
Tiredness may occur (there is a lot more internal metabolism going on), but you should have a full blood work-up to consider such problems as anemia, gestational diabetes....

In brief: Yes.

This early on into your pregnancy, many people do not have any signs that they are pregnant, apart from stopping their periods.
