In brief: Hidradenitis possibl
From your desciption hidraadenitis is a possibility.
Raised cystic lesion in the armpits which can be inflammed and even itchy. Cream and antibiotics can help temporarily. However once diagnosis is confirmed by physician minor surgery may be necessary.

In brief: Have it checked
Lumps & bumps in the armpit (axilla) can be from many different things (cysts, lipomas, folliculitis, enlarged lymph nodes).
Having an associated itch, if it is on both sides could be from shaving, and/or allergic reaction to your deodorant. Since lymph nodes can enlarge as a normal reactive process and from cancer (breast, lymphoma etc..), i would recommend you see your doctor.
