In brief: Sugar, milk,

Simple carbs including sugar, milk with lactose, and simple carbs can aggravate acne.
Supplements that are helpful to reduce acne include zinc and a herb called gugulipid. Both zinc and gugulipid have been supported by international medical literature.

Agree with Dr. Westfried. One can buy gugulipid on amazon.com. Also you can get zinc. Wonder if zinc topically e.g. zinc ozide would help.

In brief: Acne not from food

Studies had been done years ago showing no correlation between food and acne.
However, over the years, so many patients have mentioned triggers they've noted for their acne that these studies might need to be reexplored. Furthermore, the food might exacerbate but not cause acne becuase those same people can eat the food as adults without problems.
