I have been suffering with severe muscular pain through out my body, especially lower back and upper thighs. Have alk phosphatase levels of above 1000?
Liver or muscle inju. Alk phos is usually elevated in liver problems blocking the biliary system or can be a product of significant muscle breakdown. You should be reviewing this with your doctor but if other liver enzymes and bilirubin are elevated more likely liver problem and if CPK very high, then muscle problem.
