I am 20 weeks pregnant. I eat healthy but I am concerned with my fruit consumption and the sugars from it. How much is too much? 3-4 fruit per day?

If u eat fruits as part of a well balanced diet, u shouldn't have any problems. Just avoid those canned in syrup; fresh fruits are better.
