Am 22 is it possible that I can still grow in height? Maybe 3cm? If so what recommendations? Am working out for senior yr in football

Unlikely to happen. Some kids continue to grow taller into their late teens or rarely early twenties but only when their bone maturity lags behind their age. If the growth centers of the long bones have fused, you cannot grow taller. A single x-ray of the wrist & hand can yield a bone maturity. Most boys stop at 17. When you have reached bony maturity, you are done.
Unlikely, but... If you entered puberty very late, it is possible that you could grow taller at this age, though it is uncommon. Eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly will help you attain your tallest genetically predetermined height.
