I had the nova sure ablation 6 years ago and still have periods is there anything I can do to have a healthy ppregnancy?

Maybe. Many times the uterus can be permanently damaged which can make it difficult to conceive and make a pregnancy complicated. I would recommend consulting with a fertility specialist to discuss the possibility.
Unlikely. Once the ablation is done the lining of the uterus is no longer normal. So it would likely be more difficult to get pregnant and more likely to have problems. Now if your periods did not improve after the ablation then the uterus is more normal. But if your periods got a lot better then your uterus is not normal. Talk with your doctor.
