My chest X-ray & CT (had d/t chest pain looking 4 pleurisy-i have lupus) sowed old rib fractures.Don't recall any trauma. Should i be concerned?

Given that you seem to have a history of chest problems i wouldn't devote any extra worry to old rib fractures.
