The only way to "control" bleeding might be to use a low dose birth control pill or depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone) to reduce menstrual flow.
Sometimes bleeding stops altogether. Medicated iuds can reduce flow too. Menses is a normal part of the reproductive cycle. If the bleeding is heavier than normal then see gyn for evaluation and treatment. Best wishes.
