If you don't have better alternatives for your current problem and the block is providing good benefit (pain control etc.
.), then you are accepting the benefits and risks of the procedure--infection and bleeding are most concerning complications. Also side effects of excess steroids, especially if you have diabetes, bleeding disorder etc...So, consult doc and ask lots of questions. Good luck.
