In brief: Starting on day 10

If you have normal ovulatory cycles, it is most likely that you would ovulate somewhere between days 12-17, where day #1 is the first day of your cycle.
An ovulation predictor test should be positive about 24hrs before actually ovulating. So i recommend that my patients start checking daily on day 10 of the cycle.
