I get really bad period pains do that they can cause near fainting experiences and vomiting what can I do?
Talk with doctor. If your periods are so as difficult as you describe, please talk with your doctor about treatment. Many women use birth control pills to regulate periods, decrease flow, and decrease cramping - whether they need birth control or not! you don't have to suffer with this; see your doctor and get some help. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
Hormone imbalance. You may have high estrogen (e2) &/or low Progesterone (pg). The high e2/pg ratio causes a parasympathetic(pns)reaction in your autonomic nervous system. Pns causes contraction of your smooth muscle (cramps), stimulation of your GI system (n/v), a vaso-vagal reaction (fainting spell) your body excretes e2-liver detoxing via an enzyme named glucuronidase. Calc-d-glucarate, pg, & low carb diet may.
Need GYN eval. NSAID’s, SSRI’s, hormone meds, OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise & acupuncture are excellent for dysmenorrhea. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt.
