In brief: Pregnancy pills

There are certain medications, generally prescribed only by a gynecologist, to help women get pregnant.
Most common and cheapest is clomiphene, which makes it more likely that you will ovulate in time at the middle of the month. There are other more expensive hormones that can control the entire cycle, but these should be used only if Clomiphene fails. There is no 100% sure way to induce a pregnan.

In brief: Possibly

You'll need to talk with your doctor. It depends on why you are having trouble getting pregnant.
If you have polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos), sometimes metformin is prescribed. If you are not ovulating, sometimes Clomid (clomiphene) is used.
