In brief: Your question is??

Gliobastoma (gbm) is a primary malignant tumor. Treatment is maximal safe removal, radiation and temodar (temozolomide).
If there is recurrence, or failure of response to the radiation/chemotherapy, consider re-operation to remove more tumor. This would then be followed with a different type of chemotherapy. There are also now vaccine trials, and the use of the electric field device (now fda approved).
