I have an axcillary abcess under my left arm I have sufferd with t5hese under both arms for 9 years I am 24 weeks preggers will this harm the baby?

Abscesses can become bothersome if they are not incised then drained.
However, if you have had them in the past, you should be more alert to what they feel like and how they progress. Use warm compresses on them and if they don't expel on their own, see a dermatologist and use a topical antibiotic.
