Yes, there is evidence to suggest that fatty, salty, and/or sugary foods can contribute to subsequent craving for those foods later. The good news is that you can acquire (or re-acquire) a taste for healthy treats too.
So for ex. If you like to eat candy a lot, but stop & start in with fresh fruits, you'll soon prefer the natural sweetness of an apple over the artificial sweetness of a lollipop!
