In brief: Cataract. surgery

For cataract surgery, patient is in a dream state due to anesthesia so they do not remember much.
The surgery takes 5-10 minutes and most patients have no pain whatsoever.

In brief: To be relaxed!

Today's cataract procedure takes 5-10 minutes.
The procedure is painless, some people experience a little pressure. Most all my patients respond that day or the day after how easy it was and can not believe they worried about it, "the dentist is 10x worse". I also had to go to the waiting area after surgery once and convince the patient that we were all finish.
