In brief: Unlikely
Tsh takes a long time to change.
There is nothing you can do acutely that will change tsh. Also, insomnia occur more commonly in people with low (hyperthyroid) rather than high TSH (hypothyroid).

In brief: No
However I am curious to know if you have been experiencing insomnia for a while prior to testing.
It's not uncommon to have sleep disturbances while having a thyroid problem, either hypo or hyperthyroid state.

In brief: It shouldn't
Insomnia/sleep deprivation should not cause an abnormally elevated TSH level.
Remember, high TSH levels mean your thyroid is under active.
