Unless you have scoliosis (curvature of the spine), the best way to improve posture is to strengthen the muscles that maintain posture in the proper position.
Women have less upper body strength generally, concentrate on improving that & your back and abd muscles. Then your posture will improve, as well as your appearance, health, self-esteem,and your ability to work and play.
