You didn't tell us. When you were testing related to when you ovulated/ had sex. Most women do a standard pregnancy test once they actually miss their period. Possible. If ovulated 2/22 should have next cycle 14days later. The 13th would be very late and correlate to a 35day (28nl) day cycle.
