In brief: Not really

But you would have had to have pain to get the diagnosis; it is by definition an issue of pain, so you may have had it and gotten better or just feel tired alot and think its fibromyalgia.
Myalgia means muscle pain, the fibro part, i think, refers to spasms which can be palpable and cause trigger points, many ideas but is a "functional somatic syndrome"-pain out of proportion to tissue damage.
