In brief: 7 days
No more than 7 days if everything goes well, or maybe even less.

In brief: Pain + swelling
Time you will need depends upon what kind of work you do, more time if ur a mannual worker, less if sedentary.
Some man have more swelling and pain than others, plus pain tolerance differs from man to man. Some men need 2 weeks, others as little as 4-5 days. Good luck and request Ativan (lorazepam) or Valium to take at night for a few days to reduce nocturnal erections.

In brief: Here are some ...
There is no strict rule governing how many days be off work.
Professionally, a period of 5-7 days is sufficient for uneventful circumcision. But, in reality, the post-circ off-time may widely vary depending on personal pain threshold, coping ability, social & financial support. For example, many men like a longer off-time if they have good insurance and don't need to make a living; vice versa.
