Does circumcision really damage sex that much?

In brief: No

It should not damage sex at all.
The only thing is the circumcised males may have less sexual enhancement due to "worn off" nerve endings in the uncovered glans.

May also reduce or correct premature ejaculation. Some partners prefer sex with a circumcised penis because there is more friction

In brief: No,...

If pre-circumcision counseling is done properly, there should be not much post-circ mental hang-up, and they should personally and mentally adapt to the new life after circumcision.
Of course, very occasional protracted mental hang-up may happen, but very rarely. So, generally, it is not.

In brief: No

While critics say circumcision decreases sexual pleasure, there are currently no scientific studies to support this claim. In fact, study participants in africa who had been circumcised as adults reported either no effect or increased pleasure.

In brief: No

Sensation is different.
There is more friction which can feel pleasanter for either or both sex partners. May either reduce or increase premature ejaculation. Will certainly make sex more pleasant if your foreskin was tight to retract before the procedure.
