In brief: Multiple
I am not quite sure i understand what "home circ" stands for. If it's in reference to circumcision done at home by a non-medical person, the risks are multiple and include - bleeding, damage to penile tissues, faulty technique leading to incorrectly performed procedure, infection, significant pain etc.

In brief: None....
..If done by a properly trained individual using proper equipment, sterile procedures and care.
I personally have performed hundreds of circucision in the home and so far, at least, no serious problems.

In brief: Here are ...
At-home environment gives less aseptic & professional support, which may increase chance of infection and unexpected incidence of fainting spell and medical emergency of the patients and onlookers.
So, a better professional environment is safer for professional and emergent reasons.

In brief: Mohels are good
Home circumcision is a jewish tradition and called a bris.
Procedure is done by a mohel (some urologists + other traind dr.S are also mohels)mohels are very experienced and do excellent safe circs. Enquire from friends or a rabbi for an experienced mohel. They often do a better job than a dr. Who has only had limited experienced. Have seen many complications dr's circs, virtually none by mohels.
