Hi, I am 29 yrs old and have irregular periods, avg being 37 days. Had reported pcos earlier but my T3 (liothyronine) T4 is now btwn avg lvl. How often does 1 ovulat?

The T3 (liothyronine) and T4 d not have anything to do with pcos.
If you are having periods every 37 days then you may be ovulating around cycle day 23 each cycle. That is a little bit of a long cycle and you may not be ovulating at all and only having episodes of breakthrough bleeding. See your doctor for evaluation and confirmation that you are ovulating.
