To have a urine infection with a normal urine analysis is possible but is not that common.
Fungi such as candida which may not be detected on urine analysis. Recent exposure to antibiotics and prolonged storage of urine sample can cause false negative results. If you have symptoms of urine infection than urine culture is needed. Get a pelvic exam to rule out vaginitis as well as has similar sympto.
