Is there any way to "train" yourself to become a morning person? Or at least make it easier to wake up early in the morning?
It will take years. Technically, probably the answer is, "yes, " but you may not like it in the beginning. For example, if you start to wake up at 5 in the morning to go swimming at the y before work, it will be very tough. After 6-12 months, though, it will be easier and more "normal" for you. After years, it may be automatic. That's not to say, that you still won't enjoy a 1am late-night movie once in a while!
