What do you recommend I take for weight gain, I was a smoker for 15yrs and decided to quit this past march and now its hard for me to gain weight?

Most gain weight. Most people who quit smoking automatically gain weight, because nicotine is an appetite suppressant, and in the aftermath of quitting smoking, weight gain is typically around 5-10 lbs. Weight gain is a matter of eating more calories, but my question would be why you want to gain weight. Are you underweight? Without your height and weight, i cannot tell you.
