I would recommend discussing your concerns with your pediatrician and explain them to him/her. If your pediatrician agrees with your concerns then tests may be ordered to further look into the diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (cf).
If the test suggests CF then you will be referred to a CF center. Your pediatrician may still refer you to a pediatric pulmonologist if concerns remain.
