Feel muscle twitching in lower abdominal area?

No short answer. Medically it is called fasciculation. It is a quivering of a tired muscle. Most people have them at times, some frequently. Sometimes it seems to center on an area where there had been an injury. Ofter it may involve the corner of an eye or the neck but may be any place in the body.
