Bursitis or strain. You may be straining your rotator cuff during your workout or you might be experiencing bursitis. I would decrease the weight on you lateral fly and slow down when doing shoulder shrugs. Also if you increased you routine either in reps or weight you may want to scale back and increase more gradually.
