One of factor determine height is if you enter puberty early you will grow less in height as expected. Is this entering puberty in our own control?

NO. No we can't control when we enter puberty. Most girls start puberty about age ten, but it is normal at age eight. People who are malnourished or who exercise intensely may enter puberty later. A healthy average person has no control over when they enter puberty. If it looks like the girl child is not going to grow above 5 feet (growth charts) the pediatrician will refer to an endocrinologist.
