Great point that information is available but that does not mean that people act on it.
Everyone knows that smoking is dangerous and eating fried food is bad for you but millions still do it. Std avoidance is more complicated than just providing information. Access to healthcare is a problem for many. Many schools avoid sex education and many families do not openly discuss sex at home.
