I have constant musscle legs pain all over is it possible to be ALS when all MRI brain back blood work clear my neuro says no way but I am woried?

You should try finding a cause of the problem, eg disc problem in back, statin meds, poor gait/ posture, lyme disease. While getting worked up, consider a psychiatrist who might help with your irrational fears. Depression and anxiety can cause unexplained pain syndromes.
