also I would be sure to add 6-8 glasses of water daily, and eliminate soda...that would help.

Hi weight challenged teen, a true story i was an obese teen, tv, soda tasykakes etc i didn't fit in.
But, i thought it would be good if i participated in a hs sport. Picked field hockey goalie-i thought i would not have to run alot.Not. Ended up having to run warmups with the whole team with goalie pads on. Lost 30 lbs during that fall and ended up varsity goalie. Me? Who didn't think i could.
