In brief: Not a problem

Yeast infections don't hurt the baby.
However, if you have a heavy overgrowth of yeast at the time of the baby's birth, the babe will get a large innoculation of candida from passing through your vagina. Many babies will be fine with this, though some could develop thrush.

In brief: See your doctor

Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.
He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.
