In brief: Many
Healthy workouts include any that cause your heart rate to increase for at least 20 minutes.
These include dancing, pilates, work-out videos, running up and down the steps in your house, jumping rope, jumping jacks, or a combination of any and all of the above. Be creative!

In brief: Strength training
Another component of a healthy workout is strength training- this can easily be done at home with a small set of free weights.
Cleaning house- such as scrubbing floors, mopping, vacuuming, etc can also burn a lot of calories- and the people you live with will thank you!

You can also spend 30-45 minutes dancing to your favorite music. Jumping rope is easy to do at home. You can make a cheap agility ladder with chalk or duct tape on the ground and do agility drills www.nwunited.org/wp_documents/ladder_guide.pdf Push-ups, sit-ups, squats and lunges are easy to do at home: http://kidshealth.org/teen/your_body/take_care/easy_exercises.html.
