Diet for diabetes. Healty diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, berries blue berries, very lean meat-small amounts, wild salmon or sardines, lots of salads, and only oil use should be extra virgin olive oil. Keep sugars very low. Learn about low glycemic foods (google it). No soda or diet drinks. Walnuts and almonds are good snacks. Avoid cheese and whole milk. Use skim milk. Keep weight normal.
