Healthy to have veg for breakfast? I find that cereal is too sugary, I have sandwiches for lunch (@work) so I don't want toast & fruit doesn't fill me
Totally fine. It is absolutely fine to have vegetables for breakfast; choices like toast or cereal are merely cultural conventions and not esp. Healthy choices. But it is wise to include some protein which can be done by having nuts, seeds, beans or eggs as part of your breakfast.
