What can I do for post-partum bleeding?

Call your doctor! Post-partum bleeding may represent a serious problem, such as pieces of the placenta left in the uterus (retained placenta). It needs immediate evaluation, at least through a phone call to your doctor. It could also represent a problem with your ability to clot normally. Again, check with the doctor who delivered your baby.
Depends on how mch. Breastfeeding causes uterine contractions and will decrease post-partum bleeding. If, however, bleeding is significant ( copious bleeding, blood clots the size of an orange or greater, or enough bleeding to make you feel faint), call your doctor.
