If diabetes under good control A1c 5.1 &don’t consume added sugar at all, how much natural sugar from fruit and vegetable you should consume every day?

I tell my. Patients 1 hard fruit with each meal, not separate from meal, not watery ( as fruit sugar in a liquid gets rapidly absorbed vegies no problem but avoid sweet potatoes.
All the vegetables. I recommend as many green vegetables as a patient desires, but caution patients to limit fruit intake to 2-3 servings daily. This is especially important if the patient is overweight. If you are physically active, you may be able to handle a higher fruit intake. I always advise against fruit juice. Remember, "the fruit you eat is always better than the fruit you drink".
