I have hashimoto's and terrible short term memory. All other brain functions appear to be normal when tested. Recent TSH was 2.05 , how to improve?

In brief: Thyroid issues

Low thyroid function can be associated with cognitive deficits, but your TSH seems normal on the usual scales.
Perhaps you are experiencing medication rxtns, or have an alternative problem such as vitamin deficiency intracranial issues, sleep disorder, or psychological issues. Maybe neuropsych testing can sort this out.
