Anurism on the base of the brain when cannot be operated?

Challenging. Not all aneurysms should be operated upon, as the small ones are very unlikely to rupture, yet if larger than 9mm, likely should be fixed. Some pts possess co-morbidities increasing anesthesia and surgery risk. Would have a conference with a neurosurgeon and get all of this situated.
Most are reparable. Depending on exact size and location, most are correctable with surgery or interventions.
