In brief: Possible

When you were drinking one week ago, the pregnancy may have already implanted in your uterus.
Any alcohol in pregnancy may potentially affect the pregnancy. Some pregnancies are more tolerant than others to the amount of alcohol, however, no amount of alcohol in pregnancy is considered safe. Please inform you OB when you go for prenatal care.

In brief: Probably Not!

Of course you should speak with your obstetrician to be certain.
However, it appears you just missed your period just as your baby was implanting into the placenta. This is the womb where it will grow. Now that growth and development has begun, whatever you do from this point until birth will significantly impact your baby. No smoking, drinking alcohol or drugs. Congratulations!
