Have ovarian cysts. Took emergency contraception. 6dys later spotting & slight bleeding. Now worse constant pressure & pain in lower left abdomen.?

You may have a hx of pelvic pain, this making it worse. You may have a uti, ovarian cyst; take a pregnancy test but it would be early to have pain from pregnancy in ur tube. Try 2 aleve (naproxen) 2x per day, the changes in the uterus due to the hormones r initiating bleeding and cramping.
